About This Calculator
This free GSTIN Validator checks whether an Indian GST Identification Number is correctly formatted. A valid GSTIN is exactly 15 characters:
Positions 1–2 are the 2-digit state code (per the GST state/UT code list). Positions 3–12 are the taxpayer’s 10-character PAN. Position 13 is the entity code (a digit or letter). Position 14 is always "Z". Position 15 is a checksum digit (alphanumeric).
